This is the email or call made to Rockpool with your idea. This can follow
through with a meeting, or if you are happy to proceed, a follow up email
will be sent to you with a cost for your project.

After an agreement to proceed with the cost, Rockpool will start the creative
wheels turning and present you with a first draft or visuals that will be sent to
you usually in a form of a .PDF via your email.

Look over your project carefully. Many clients take this stage to make a few
changes to the design, or copy to the draft. This step may take a few rounds,
as you might need to take in account more than one person’s opinion.

When all is well and you are completely happy with the work to this point, this is
the final stage. Let Rockpool be aware of this completion through a sign-off, again, usually an email saying that you are happy to go ahead and complete the project
or happy to go ahead with the print stage.
